1.  Resolution No. 7-24-01-1, Regarding Personnel Appointment of Kimberly Lim, Police Officer, and James Dodge, Community Service Officer

BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR: If there is anyone in the audience wishing to speak on items not already set on the Agenda, please come to the podium, give your name and address, and briefly identify the matter you wish to have placed on the Agenda. The Council will then determine if such matter will be placed on the Agenda for this meeting, scheduled for a subsequent meeting, or recommend other appropriate action. If the matter is placed on tonight's Agenda, you will have the opportunity later in the meeting to return to the podium to discuss the issue. The law prohibits the Council from taking formal action on the issue, however, unless it is placed on the Agenda for a later meeting so that interested members of the public will have a chance to appear and speak on the subject.

CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items 2 through 10 be acted on simultaneously unless separate discussion and or action are requested by a Councilmember or a member of the audience.

2. Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.
3. Waive the Reading and Approve the Minutes of June 26 and July 10, 2001, with any necessary corrections.
4. Claim Warrant, July 24, 2001 - $324,160.60.
5.  Final Parcel Map No. 99-13, Steven Crane, a Request to Create Three Residental Lots and Remaining Land, with an Existing Residence on the Property, Located at 190 Solano Street, in the R-1-8000, Single Family Residential Zone.  APN 073-020-69.
6.  Approve Quincy Engineering Contract Amendment on Toomes Bridge Project.
7.  Award the 2001-2002 "STIP" Road Rehabilitation Projects Bid to Abel Construction, in the Amount of $335,406.32, and Approve an Appropriation of $27,000 from the State Traffic Relief Fund #115.
8.  New Business License Report.
